How long has the ten gallon been running? What is it lit with? You are going to be hard pressed to keep one alive in something that small. Most anemones require so much light that the tank would cook without a chiller, and then you are evaporating tons of water and need an auto-topoff. Parameters swing too much in tiny tanks. I would recommend against it.

"What kind will host" isn't really a question...different anemones host different things. Are you talking clownfish, crabs, shrimp? What kind? I am not trying to rag on you but it is good to do some elementary research before posting.
There is something fishy going on here...

nems dont take kindly to swings in params.. which is hard to get away from in a small tank. Plus the fact that nems arent the cleanest of reef denzines and would tend to crud up the water in a small tank unless you were on top of it with regular water changes and a good skimmer that would get all the excess nutrients out of the water column.

to be honest, if your tank isn't 6 mos old or so, i'd wait on the 'nem.  as for which one, stick to a BTA (E. quadricolor) as they're about as hardy as 'nems come, and don't require crazy-bright lighting.  you can run PC's or T-5's and it will do fine.
