this is the first aquarium related business that is bad... most and i mean everyone I have ever dealt with regarding reef keeping equipment has been stellar...

I have called up companines to ask questions and or have small problems, and the owner answers the phone...

I had one owner, (Oceans Motions), who kept calling me back to find out if things were still good, and he would tell me stories about some of his projects, and how he got into the business and all that...
