Well.....nothing very interesting, but here are some new pictures of my now "clean" tank  ;D

okay...no making fun of my skull  ;) This is what it looked like last month  :o

and today....  8)

One of my hermits (well his shell anyways...LOL)\

XL Nass

and him hiding...

Shrimp hanging out...

Cleaning station?? The clowns are still "iffy" about him but they do go over once in a while

Turbo hard at work

Female clown...

My next step will be to add more rock and turf the plants and the fake wood  ;)

i love the nass snails too.. great picture of him hiding...  That is some serious camera skillz there...WTG!!!!

And i have nto heard of many clowns that get cleaned... just not into it.. i was thinking it might be different for fish that have 'slime coats' vs fish that have scales...

Im thinking cleaning is mostly a scale fish type of event... so those fish might be more prone to accepting/looking for it...

Just a thought, i could be WAY off...

^^Makes sense! I love watching the interaction between them. The shrimp will venture over to the clowns "area" then back to his. The female clown will usually follow, let him get a few feels in then leave  :D It's quite entertaining....

I take way too many pictures (not just of the tank, of everything...LOL). Love my camera - Nikkon D60. It's fun to try and get the right angle and closeness to something in the tank. Almost as hard as trying to get a good one of a busy toddler  :-\

Love your pic's Amy, the tank is looking lovely and clean now your 'bloom 'has gone. ;D
Probably a silly question, but is the foliage real? It's a lovely colour. 8)
Well done you!!

^^haha...it is 100% FAKE  :P My tank looked so bare and against my better judgement I thought it would help. I don't care for them. But hey...live and learn. Not something I plan on keeping forever  ;)

yea, like sculptures and other fake decorations, they add places for algae and junk to grow, but dont offer any benefits that real macro-algae would have added...

Keep your eyes open for real macro algae you can place there instead of the fake stuff

look up www.reefcleaners.org

The ownere there is a great guy and will help / answer any/all questions...
