yeppers..the So.CA weather is da bomb!

as for Valonia, Bill is correct, any natural means of control will pop the bubbles.  HOWEVER, the spore maturation cycle is about every three weeks, so most of the time, you're OK whether they pop or not, altho one never knows just where they are in the cycle.  that being said, i've never noticed a problem one way or the other.  i try not to pop them, but if they do...*shrug* i don't lose any sleep over it.
