Seems some folks like the wierd colors that god didnt think was viable...so, some unscrupulous folks at the other end of the supply chain dip anemon into food coloring...

they do have colors.. very few have no color...

but, they will bleach them, (starve them of light to take away color), then dip them in wierd/unnatural colors


folks tend to like the pink and yellow colors.. although pink is a bit more common, the color is not always as brite as folks would like


and there are mroe folks that dont know and think it is naturaly, and just buy it, not knowing it wasnt natural until too late..

the goal here is to make sure you lfs dont stock them.. dont give them a chance to sell to folks that dont know...

if the lfs says they dont know, then stop shopping thier immediately

one more stupid question. Is their anemone thats naturally yellow? One pet store I've been to has them....then again they do carry modified zebra danios aka GLO fish aka illegal in California

I don't think those danios are illegal... you can buy them from wards and carolina and all those companies.
