addin the substrate before it was 'done/ready, caused the bloom to linger along and now it has developed into a cyanno bloom...
cyanno bacteria can be treated. actually you should address the cause... it is caused by light, and phospates and nitrates and nutrients, etc...
lots of factors to causing this new bloom...
you can get rid of it by addressing the several factors that are causing it, or you can address the LIGHT... this will stop it's growth in a hearthbeat... but, if you dont address the other issues, as soon as you turn the light on, it will come back...
my suggesstion is to turn the lights off for two days... and feed much less, and do a water change or two...
if you have any phospate remover, try some of that....
if after two days you still have some left, then you can keep the lights off for another day or so...
you can peel off the film to get started...
but like the diatom, dont stir it up too much or it will just spread...
