well,. i did it
« on: June 24, 2010, 12:38:06 PM »
I sold all my stuff.

no more fish aquarium stuff for me...

I got the money, and still ahve the tank for another week or so, but after that...it's all gone...

time to move onto the next chapter

Maybe the next hobby and group o folks wont be as contentious....

or, if i happen to land in a place that allows aquariums, i might, get another... not sure thoug... as i have been extremely dissillusiioned with teh folks in this hobby, (in general).

there are some good folks out there, but, far and wide, they are the minority...

but, now , or rather, after the tank is gone, I will be able to leave the house for more then two or three days... and go out to Washington, hawaii, oregon, or anywhere to hopefuly find my little cabin in the woods away from all the BS and HOA issues.... and drama..

and yes renee, i know i invite drama, but i dont invite all of it, and there are way too many people in so cal and this hobby that love to try to pick on the person de jour...

i been the person of the day for almost four years now, and it is old...

i look forward to new beginnings and second chances....

maybe with some help and luck, I will have a better tomorrow then my  yesterdays

I must have missed the part where you said you were packing up. YOU SOLD ALL YOUR STUFF?!? If its the people, you can easily just ignore that stuff. I didn't know fish expo even existed till a few months ago.

ive been talking about moving for about 5 to 7 months now...

Its hard to move aquariums, even short distances is tough, and i want to move the eff out of california, or at least so cal...

It is the hardest effing thing i have ever done or rather will be doing... i hate the thoughtt of my moving away from my daughter.. but i can not afford to stay here, and my income is going down to top it off, so it is nearly impossible to stay in this area...

that , and my daughter is either going to come with and be co dependant, or she will choose to sty here and figure things out on her own...

Im sure the ex will step in and enable for a little bit, but that wont last long... she kicked her brother out after two months.. so im guesin her daughter will get a year.

the people can kiss my You better mean it as in 'donkey'.. they dont matter to me.. i fault me mostlyu.... whatever or however i said or handled things is me... but what i dont understand is their ability care so much about it/me that it bothers them...

who am i to them that they should go out of thier way to avoid me...

oh well.. i recognize the huypocrisy, as they all have accepted great things from me, and this is how they pay it back/forward...

i believe folks grabvitate to thier own ilk... so  in plain english, birds of a feather...

if i have few friends or am a lone, i take that as a sad compliment.. i am proud to not be like the many lemings

there is a reason there is a bell curve... and there is a reason there are little at the top and litle at the bottom and soo many in the middle...

U

Wow I dont stop by for awhile and this what I read when I come back!!  Its sad it hear, but if you gotta move on then ya gotta move on.   From what I've gathered you have gone through a whole lot of sh!T so I dont blame you.  And having a tank is awesome but sometimes just sometimes Im like man it would be nice not having a tank so I wouldnt have to worry about it and could do whatever...  But it comes with the hobby.
if at first you dont suceed, try try, oh hell, just shoot the some woof woof!!!!!!! -Bill

And, i might have found an atty for my hoa issues... might cost me a little chunk but it will be worth it to eff them over...

they want to eff me over, and i will eff them over so it will be a wash...

sold everything....

I still have it.. it will be picked up on tuesday.. (it was supposed to be today, but)

Andyes, i getting rid of the tank is teh first step that will allow me to start traveling and looking.

I have a cat that i dont know what to do with yet...

the daughter has screwed up royally... she lied to me over twenty bucks... and not only lied, but tryed to conceal the lie by 'slight of hand'

she doesnt get it and nver will..

her right vs wrong  is off and nothing i can to fix it..

her consideration for me as a parent is non existent, and she will  only learn from some other way that i can accomplish on my own...

the ultimate tough love i guess

wow, ben posted here?  Really?  I guess since he bought all my stuff, he can now take over this forum too...

Im kinda bummin right now.. didnt wake up bummed,  although i went to bed bummed.

But, i kinda started off tossing out all kinds of stuff... foods, dishes, pots and pans, kitchen utensils...

I think i got to about ten box loads of stuff tossed into the dumpster and started getting bummed...

I really hate my daughter... She and her mom are effing bitches...  Why they think it is ok to treat me like this i will never understand, altough i admit i dont understand a lot about peeps...

She lies to me and shows no remorse regret....  She has been cuaght a dozen times and each time she sheds a ltittle tear and promise to never do it again...

I guess she never will again as i wont be here to let her....

It is sad how people get addcted to abuse... I love her and i want to be with her, but it just isnt healthy to be treated and mistreated the way she believes is acceptable...

I gues I hope that her mom tolerates everything that is dished out....

well, Mr. Bill,

all i can say is that you've been and still are a good friend to Renee and me over the years, so hopefully, we'll stay in touch.  I WILL ask my bro if he needs a "groundskeeper" at his ranch in CO.  if i don't get him before, hopefully i'll see him on Saturday (if you come to the fiesta, maybe you'll get to meet him).  as we discussed, it's a bit remote, but still within reasonable driving distance to a town or two.

i'm glad you were able to pop by and listen to some jazz last PM.  it's always nice to have friends and family to play for.

just like all of us, people who know you need to accept you as you are and either enjoy knowing you or it's their loss.  we all have our quirks, but the way i describe you is "Bill might be controversial at times, but he is generous to a fault and will walk thru fire for his friends"  i still believe that, and more's the pity for those who can't take "the whole person" into their lives.

OK...i just wanted to say that shallow people are well...shallow, and that's why they tend to miss the good things that are all around them.

thanks greg

I had a great time last nite.. you all played some good blues stuff, and that was hittin the spot as they say...

I definately was moved and was jsut into the music and was successful in forgettin about some of the stuff for a lttle bit.

I would like to come, but dont want to be the only outsider.. it seems like a family event.. ???

I woiuld like to meet your brother and talk to him more, and want to confirm the 'remoteness' of the ranch or 'valley'.. I can not be SNOWED IN... that wont work for me... I need to be able to get out in case of emergency...  or poor planning, and need toilet paper... hehehehehehehehehehehehe

Im not sure what is 'involved' with groundskeeping.. but if i can do it, i will, but that doesnt realy mean much with my back and all that...

I dont mind helping, and doing what i can.. but i dont want to promise something icant deliver...

anwys, let me know about saturday...

thans

dude, half my family is from the south, so it's a "y'all come" type of thing...just a matter of whether ya wanna come.

as far as the "groundskeeper" thing goes, i was kinda kidding about the title.  i do know Steve has some kind of tractor/snowplow, so i doubt there's much shoveling.  anyhow, it was kind of a thought that hit me when you said you wanted to be away from things.
